16th City Children's Polyclinic is located at 45, Odoevskogo Street . The building was erected in 1966 and given to the Polyclinic in 1974.
The chief doctor of the Polyclinic is Helena Kulbeda, the physician of high category.

Originally the building had 3 floors with total area of 1,912 m2 and is designed for 174 visits per shift. As the service area was growing (mainly thanks to Bielskogo Street microdistrict) it was decided to increase the capacity of the Polyclinic.

Within the period from February 2004 to December 2005 the building was under capital repairs with technical floor made to be suitable for general use. As a result, the area had increased to 2,678.6 m2 and the capacity to up to 170 visits per shift. It was spent over 3,729.8 million rubles for reapair work, including construction-assembly work (3157.6 million rubles), equipment (405.2 million rubles).

The diagnostic and treatment base of the institution was significantly improved during repair work, including opening cabinets of hydrotherapy, ultrasound studies, electroencephalography, spirometry, an ophthalmologist's office was equipped with Auto Rephractometer and Hematology Analyzer on 18 parameters.

Diagnostic Office was opened for Frunze district children community to perfome ultrasound examination of heart, thyroid gland, gastrointestinal tract and urogenital system of those under 0 to 18 years old.

To date, the polyclinic is the only one in the city performing brain electro-holography of children from o years old. The Polyclinic serves 13.4 thousand children, including 656 1 year old ones.

The Polyclinic employs 36 doctors and 64 secondary medical officers with staffing level of 74% for doctors and 89.2% for secondary medical officers. 61.3% of doctors and 62.9% of secondary medical officers have qualification categories.
There is one pediatricians for 812 children and one individual doctor for 1 127 children in the Polyclinic.
